Download the 101 Locker Retailer app from Google Play Store and log in with the credentials given by your distributor. Then enter the customer's mobile number, select the finance method, generate a 101 Locker code and scan the QR on the phone's startup screen. Don't have a distributor yet? Yes. 101 Locker can lock and unlock devices both online and offline, and changing the SIM or mobile number doesn't remove the lock. You also get the new SIM details and a WhatsApp alert when a SIM change is detected.
A new phone installation is done by QR on the first startup of a new Android phone and unlocks the full command set — key-feature controls, network controls, wallpaper, password reset, factory-reset protection and more. A running phone installation protects an already-used phone without a reset, with lock / unlock (online & offline), EMI alerts, location and SIM details.
On new phone installations, factory reset is blocked and USB debugging, file transfer and app uninstallation can be disabled, so the locker can't be removed. On supported devices, reinstallation features let you protect the phone again with full meta details.
